From concept to installation, I work with you to create a space to meet your needs, match your tastes, and fit your budget. As a certified kitchen and bath designer (CKBD), I provide detailed construction documents, specify materials and work with the general contractor to ensure that the design is flawless and what you expect from the renovation.
Interiors
I offer design services that will help you bring your home to life, in your own personal style. We will carefully plan your space, choosing a color palette, window treatments, furniture, and lighting that will define and create an environment with layers of style.
RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE DESIGN
I believe your garden is an extension of your home and a living space that will give you as much joy as the rooms inside. I love to translate how families want to live in their yard, creating entertainment spaces that are comfortable and unique to you and selecting a beautiful variety of plants that offer year-round interest.
How it works
GETTING TO KNOW YOU: We start with a phone call and home consultation so I can explain our processes and learn about your needs and vision for your project.
DOCUMENTING CURRENT CONDITIONS: Next, I measure the current conditions of the area to be renovated. Then, I pull back the layers of wants, needs and desires you have, and our plan starts to come together.
SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN: The creative design juices start flowing with schematic sketches, space plans and a design with 2D/3D drawings to describe the room.
REFINING THE DRAWINGS: I share these floor plans and elevation drawings with you to refine them into a clear design.
SELECTING MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS: This is the nitty gritty stage of the process where we choose materials and I document specifications for construction budgets and timelines.
ONSITE MEETINGS DURING INSTALLATION: I meet with contractors on site at key points in the construction process to verify details and ensure the design is being well executed.
